Terminal end of float line

Hello all,
I am trying to figure out the best way to connect my float line to my spear gun. I am mostly hunting stripers in the northeast. I am using an AB Billers gun it has about a 3/4” wide attachment point which make it difficult to attach snap swivels. I am using a 2.5” keyring, split ring for the attachment point. It is a bit large and noisy. Any suggestion would be helpful.

I am looking at different mounts to mount underwater cameras or camcorders on, and would like any input. I haven’t been spearing yet, but looking forward to soon. What kind of guns and mounts do you guys use?

there seems to be little discussion , pics, or video i can find on this site with regards to spearing with scuba, is that considered a lower class of hunting, or are there just or is this site mostly dedicated to freediving? no offense intended to anyone. i dive and fish primarily off the coast of mexico below cancun and enjoy some excellant grouper hunting, but prefer fishing at 100’ depths with a tank

Wishbone & Reel Line?

I know there is some new stuff out there, like pre-stretched dynema; UV-protected & coated spectra,etc.

I’m about to build some new bands and I was wondering what you guys are using for your wishbone line?

Also, I’m waiting on a new RA SS reel. What’s the best reel line to use these days?
